A private supplement tracker with no account and no cloud
What you take is health information about you. Supplement Streak keeps it on the phone, and this page explains both what that protects and what it costs you.
What on-device actually means here
- There is no sign-in screen. Not optional, not skippable, not "sign in later". No account exists to create, so there is no email address, no password and no profile connected to your routine.
- Your log is not uploaded. Your supplements, your times, your intakes and your streaks are stored on the iPhone. The developer cannot see them, cannot retrieve them and cannot be compelled to hand over what was never received.
- Reminders are scheduled by iOS on the device. They are not push messages from a server, which is why they still fire in airplane mode.
- There is no analytics on your health data. The app does not report what you take or when you take it.
- Uninstalling deletes it. There is no server-side copy to leave behind, so removing the app removes the history with it.
The full detail lives in the Privacy Policy.
The honest cost of that choice
On-device storage is a trade, and it is not free. Two consequences are worth knowing before you build up months of history:
- No sync between devices. There is no account, so there is nothing to sign in to on a second phone or an iPad. Your history lives on the one device that recorded it.
- No cloud restore. If the phone is lost and there is no iPhone backup, the log is gone. An encrypted iPhone backup does carry the app data across to a new device, so if the record matters to you, make sure backups are switched on. With Pro you can also export the log to PDF or CSV and keep that copy yourself.
One thing that is not private: ads
The free version is funded by ads, which are requested only after you have been asked for consent, and consent can be reviewed again in the app's Settings. Ads are the one part of the app that involves a third party at all. Supplement Streak Pro removes them, and it also removes the three supplement limit and opens the full 365-day heatmap. Your supplement log is not part of the ad request either way.
The short version
No account, no cloud, no recovery service
That sentence is the feature and the limitation in one. It is the right trade if you want a health routine that is nobody else's record. It is the wrong trade if you want your history to follow you between devices automatically.
