Common questions
My reminders do not arrive. What should I check?
Three things, in this order. First, open Settings, then Notifications, then Supplement Streak on your iPhone and confirm that notifications are allowed and that Lock Screen and Banners are switched on. Second, check that a Focus mode or Scheduled Summary is not holding the notification back, because Scheduled Summary in particular will silently batch reminders until later. Third, open the supplement in the app and confirm it actually has a time set, since a supplement with no times has nothing to schedule.
How do I cancel Supplement Streak Pro?
A subscription bought through the App Store is cancelled in your Apple Account, not in the app. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Supplement Streak and then Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, because the developer never receives the payment directly.
I bought Pro but the app still shows the free limits.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. That re-reads your entitlement from the App Store, which is what you need after reinstalling the app or switching to a new iPhone. If it still does not unlock, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email support with the date of the purchase.
Can I move my history to a new iPhone?
Not directly, and this is a deliberate trade-off. The app stores everything on the device and has no account and no cloud sync, so there is no copy anywhere to restore from. An encrypted iPhone backup that you restore onto the new device brings the app data with it. If you are switching without a backup, export your log to PDF or CSV with Pro first, and treat that as your record.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a single supplement inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything at once. There is nothing to request, because there is no server-side copy: no account exists, nothing is uploaded, and the developer has no way to see or retrieve your log.
Why do I see ads, and how do I get rid of them?
The free version is funded by ads. Supplement Streak Pro removes them, along with the three supplement limit and the 30-day heatmap window. Ads are only requested after you have been asked for consent, and consent can be reviewed again from the app's Settings.
How do I report a bug?
Email levin.schwab@gmx.de and include your iOS version, your iPhone model and the app version from the Settings tab. A description of what you expected and what happened instead is usually enough to reproduce it.
Subscription terms
Supplement Streak Pro costs 4.99 USD per month or 29.99 USD per year. Prices in other currencies may differ. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time.
Pro removes the three supplement limit, opens the full 365-day heatmap instead of the last 30 days, adds PDF and CSV export, and removes ads. Everything else in the app is available without paying.

What the app does not do
Saying this here saves a support email. Supplement Streak has no Apple Health integration, no barcode scanner, no supplement product database, no interaction checker, no Apple Watch app, no web version and no Android version. It does not sync between devices, because it has no account and no server. It is an iPhone app for iOS 17.0 or later, and its job is recording whether you took what you planned.
Timing tips inside the app are general information, not medical advice. Supplement Streak makes no claim about what any supplement does for you. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing what you take, and see why this is the wrong tool for prescription medication.
